LightRx clinics are officially back open for business, and we want you to know we’re here for you. After considering all precautions and adhering closely to CDC guidelines, we want to keep you closely updated of our new and enhanced precautions we’re taking to ensure the safety, health, comfort and confidence of our clients and staff across all clinics.

Face masks are required to enter the clinic—if one is not worn, we will provide it.

Staff have been equipped with face masks and shields for treatments.

Surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected after each treatment.

Ultraviolet C lights will be employed periodically throughout the day.

Thermometers are supplied for temperature checks on anyone entering the clinic.

Only clients scheduled with an appointment are permitted to enter the clinic—no exceptions.

When you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, you must stay in their car once you check-in and wait for our call or text when we are ready to see you.

If you feel unwell or have any concerns about coming in to get treatment, please stay home and stay safe. We’ll happily reschedule your appointment and welcome you back when you’re healthy and feel comfortable.

We have been following closely as states across the country begin to rollout their post-quarantine plans. After careful review of our safety protocols, we are confident in safely reopening our clinics. When you are ready, LightRx is ready for you!

NEW SAFETY PROTOCOLS AT LIGHTRX

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will be spacing out appointments to minimize the number of people in each location and all social distancing guidelines will be strictly followed.

EXPANDED SANITIZING & CLEANING PROTOCOLS

All surfaces in the front office and treatment room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients, including treatment beds, tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, sinks, equipment and anything else touched during the treatment. We will also be using UVC lights to disinfect the treatment rooms and lobby. There will be temporary limitations of high-touch amenities such as coffee stations.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

All employees will be wearing gloves and masks at all times. Technicians performing treatments will also be wearing face shields.

All employees will receive daily body temperature screenings when they arrive at the clinic. Anyone with a temperature at or above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or experiencing cough/respiratory symptoms will be asked to seek medical care immediately and require a physician’s clearance to return to work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT

Below is a list of things you will need to be aware of for your next LightRx visit. These extra steps will contribute to keeping LightRx locations safe. If you have any questions, please give us a call!

  • You will be required to wear a mask or face shield while in the clinic. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided.
  • You will be required to use hand sanitizer while in the clinic.
  • You will be required to take a body temperature screening upon your arrival. This will be performed by the treating technician at the front office before bringing you into the treatment room. If you have a fever over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, a cough or any respiratory symptoms, you will be asked to leave and visit a healthcare facility immediately.
  • You will no longer be allowed to bring anyone to your appointment with you. This includes partners, children, friends, pets (American Disability Act animals are allowed, but emotional service animals are not), etc.
  • All your pre & post-care instructions will now be provided electronically.
  • We will be utilizing UVC lights between treatments to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly disinfected.
