Body Contouring

LightRx in Novi offers body contouring to those that are interested in an all-encompassing treatment plan. Body contouring can include several treatments such as laser lipo, cellulite removal, laser hair removal, and skin tightening.

Cellulite Reduction

LightRx in Novi provides a treatment that safely and effectively reduces the presence of cellulite on the skin. Despite cellulite being completely harmless both in terms of immediate pain and long-term effects many people do not like the physical appearance of it on the skin. The treatment that we use is clinically proven to work. It employs radio frequencies and electromagnetic waves pulsed into the skin in order to heat the skin.

Heating the skin to the perfectly targeted temperature triggers the body’s natural healing process thus causing the body to create new fibers called collagen. These skin fibers are responsible for tightening the skin. The new collagen tightening the skin is what reduces the amount of cellulite on the skin. Skin Tightening

Laser Lipo

LightRx offers a much less invasive, safer, and more affordable alternative to traditional liposuction in the form of laser lipo and we have laser lipo in Novi. Laser lipo is ideal for eliminating fat in problem areas such as the midsection, thighs, arms, or buttocks. Laser lipo works by heating up the fat beneath the skin using low level lasers.

The fat cells are killed and the fat itself is melted and transformed into free fatty acids and glycerides. These new components are then transferred through the body and into the muscles where they will be burned off through post treatment exercise. Whereas general dieting and exercise is great, laser lipo ensures that the fat being lost is in the desired area.
